We advise on project financing, planning and construction related contracts including consultancy agreements, building contracts, joint venture agreements relating to property, performance bonds, assignments and undertakings, and insurance contracts pertaining to building matters.

Our services in dispute resolution include pre-dispute management including variation of contract, mitigation of losses and breach, frustration, non-performance and defective performance of contractual obligations, court proceedings including obtaining remedies of interim preservation orders and injunctions, pre-arbitration management and conduct of arbitration proceedings, enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards, judicial review of arbitration awards, and appeals.

We are also certified adjudicators with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).
